JOHNSTON COUNTY, N.C. -- Johnston County Commissioners on Monday revised the county's water restrictions to again allow irrigation on a limited basis.

Due to recent rains, commissioners agreed to lessen restrictions to an odd and even watering schedule.

 

The new rules allow for irrigation for odd numbered addresses on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, and irrigation for even numbered addresses on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

 

Irrigation is not allowed on Mondays.
