APEX, N.C. -- Police are looking for a man who tried to lure a juvenile home with him in a Chick-Fil-A bathroom Monday.

Police said at about 6:30 p.m. Monday, a juvenile was approached by an unknown white male in the men’s restroom of the Chick-Fil-A at 1110 Beaver Creek Commons Drive in the Beaver Creek Commons shopping center.
The male subject asked the juvenile if he wanted to come home with him and told him that he would give him some candy. The juvenile refused and exited the bathroom. A white male subject was seen exiting the restaurant in a hurry and left in a brown in color Jeep Wrangler with a soft top. The registration and year of the vehicle is unknown.
A description of the subject was provided by the juvenile’s mother. The subject was described as about 35 to 40 years old, about. 5 feet 10 inches tall, with blond hair cut close with a military-style haircut and tattoos on both arms.
This incident appears to be credible and is currently under investigation by the Apex Police Department. No further incidents of this nature have been reported to this agency.
