Investigators have been trying to track down Phillip "Scoob" Williams since they say he shot a woman at a Bank of America last June.

According to police, the woman and two co-workers were attempting to make a weekend deposit for their employee when they were approached by a lone gunman.

Federal agents filed a new criminal complaint against Williams on March 14, saying he's intentionally avoiding prosecution by hiding out Pennsylvania.

His alleged accomplices, Terrance Adam Lyles and Travis Monique Price, are already in custody.

The complaint offers a fresh look at what happened on June 17 at the bank on Maynard Road and Walnut Street.

The victim, who was shot in the stomach, worked at Burlington Coat Factory; Special Agent Michael Sutton says some of the people who conspired to rob her also used to work there.

Prior to this filing, there was no public acknowledgement about any possible relationship between the victim and her attackers or how they might know that the woman would be carrying money.

The woman survived, but police have not released her name for security reasons.

All three suspects are charged with Attempted Murder and Armed Robbery.
