RALEIGH, N.C. -- Elementary school students got the chance to open their eyes and ears to the world of opera on Friday.

Professional singer and music educator Yvette Lewis brought her "So This Is Opera" program to Douglas Elementary School.
Douglas students learned the story of Mozart's “The Magic Flute” and had the opportunity to learn and sing some of its music in English and German.
